About Me

There’s not a lot of exciting things to know about me.  I guess first and foremost is that I have believed in Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior.  I believe the Bible is the inerrant Word of God and that according to what it says all men are sinners and the penalty for our sin is death.  That death is an eternal death–total separation from God in the eternal fires of a literal place referred to as hell.  However, God in His great love for us sent His Son Jesus to die in our place on the cross so that we can have forgiveness of our sins through His blood shed on the cross.  All a person needs to do to have that forgiveness is to believe in Jesus Christ and confess your sins to God, asking for forgiveness for those sins and have a geniune desire to live your life in service to Christ.  Christ gave His life for you, so give your life to Him!

A few other details about me–I am married to my lovely wife Denelle and have two children, a daughter Victoria and a son Carsten.  Denelle and I lead the junior high ministry at Indian Hills Community Church where I am also employed as the Publications/Media Director.  That job basically includes overseeing the church website, computer network, tv/video ministry, and the print shop.  I am very blessed to get paid to serve in ministry!

My personal interests include a love for photography (see my website, http://www.schollephotography.com) as well as all things technological and am frequently asked about my opinions on various gadgets and gizmos, so you may see an occasional product review or “how-to” post on my blog mixed in with other random thoughts.

Well, that’s enough about me.  As much as I love talking about myself, I shall cease now!

Great way to share your testimony.

I support students with physical disabilities in mainstream schools in Plymouth, UK, and am always looking for new apps to help them overcome barriers to learning. Have created a mind map of useful Apps on our school website ( http://www.schooljotter.com/files/woodlandsview/iPad_Apps_-_updated.pdf

Think I copied that down right (Woodlands School, Plymouth, Outreach, ICT, Suggested iPad Apps). I used a Mind Map App – iThoughts to create it – very easy to use.

By the way, I am a Christian to with the same beliefs as you – attend Ivybridge Evangelical Baptist Church in Devon, UK.

Have bookmarked your page – thanks for creating it.

    Sue
